The best hotel I stayed at in Japan. Clean, Japanese modern style. The staff were amazing and friendly. Forgot my hair brush and they had disposable hair comb what was great quality.

I loved how stylish the whole property was. It was also close to a little known ramen shop which I enjoyed. The space was large given the size of Tokyo rooms in comparison. I did like how they offered breakfast within the hotel at a price. It looked popular. We enjoyed the amenities it had such as tea, juice, and sake etc

We had a great stay here. The staff was excellent. Always wanting to help and answered all of our questions. The hotel was very clean. The morning breakfast was very good with lots of options. They had laundry facilities which were great and their location was perfect. We used the bikes that was included with the stay and really enjoyed it. Overall, this hotel was very good.

Great property. Good location close a lot of things. The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were good size. Very clean. We rented bikes and it was very easy. Laundry room was easy to use. I would recommend. They also facilitated the luggage transfer to another hotel in an other city which is helpful. Overall, I think this is great hotel and I would stay here again.

This hotel was our home base while we traveled around the Kansai region of Japan. The breakfast was always well cooked and their chicken sandwich was to die for. Whenever we requested room service, it was nice coming back to a hotel room nice and clean. Lastly, they always greeted us when we returned from a trip. Would stay again.

Great hotel with comfortable accommodations and excellent service. The only drawback is that it is not located near a train station, so you’ll need to either walk to a nearby bus stop or use a taxi or Uber for transportation.
