"Perfect position for the area no cabs needed, right on the sea front a little cove for snorkelling about 5 mins walk. Rooms were clean, clean towels daily, breakfast great variety, dinner buffet only a few times as ate out in local restaurants, so would have liked option of lunch or dinner which would have been worth more to us, will defo be back. "This has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in, the staff were polite and friendly. Very helpful. Everything was accessible and easy to get around. But bear in mind i don't know if it’s our brain but the light system was very confusing to us!! Haha! We stayed in the suite and the suite absolutely beautiful, But was it not swept or mopped, so kept slippers on. We did ask for the room to be cleaned but they only swept not mopped! They know how to clean rooms as the last night we stayed the room was swept and mopped and it was AMAZING after that! "

"Staff very friendly, rooms very big and regularly serviced. Only food option is the buffet which was plentiful & fresh. Our week had some strong winds which was a challenge but as the hotel is built around the pools the wind was lessened somewhat. The aquapark is a 20min walk away and our boys, 15 & 13, thoroughly enjoyed it. We limited it to a half day ticket which was more than enough. To get to costa teguise you can walk along the roads and it takes between 20-30mins or you can walk directly down to the coastal path, using the side roads or the paths in the black volcanic gardens just opposite the hotel. Bit blustery but very enjoyable. "
