"It’s really nice but there was not enough hot water to run the bash/spa very spacious room the suite. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is nothing in walking distance but the taxi to the centre was about 3usd. Overall a good hotel "

"The hotel itself is no doubt a good hotel according to north American standard. Breakfast is ok. The roof is leaking into the restaurant, but I guess this will be repaired soon. However the spa was a disappointment, not exactly what I would have expected. "

"Motorbike tour of Vietnam with 2 friends. Been riding for 4 hours in extreme hot conditions so was looking forward to check in and then jump in the pool. My brother arrived 1 hr earlier and warned me the check in was difficult. My check in took 45minutes. Although friendly, reception staff displayed a level of incompetence I have not encountered before…and I am a businessman who travels a lot … atleast 6 months in a year o er past 25 years. My friend arriving with me experienced the same issue....
