"I booked a room for April 21, and loved the location and price. The check in person said that for a small additional price we could be on the top floor facing the river, in a suite, so we did that, and it was fun to have that great view.
On the front one can here people talk below if one leaves the windows open at night. I didn't sleep because I was too hot, and didn't want to have the window open, and I think the a/c was not provided yet until summer, so if not in summer, you will probably sleep better if you book the mountain (back) view and leave the window open.
Don't let this bother you, but the bathroom sinks look like they are about 50 years old, in a light green tile or something, but easy to ignore with all the positives. The elevators had a great gold pattern design. Parking underneath was easy.
I would stay there again. The entrance road flowers are special, and the view fantastic."

"Huge and beautiful hotel, we loved it, I wished that there was a convenient store on the property to buy something’s we needed or wanted. There wasn’t much food options for kids, the choices for a real meal is a very pricy buffet (looks good but too expensive for picky eaters), Chinese food (tasty), and expensive “western” restaurant on the 23rd floor (good, but again, expensive). I wish that the Japanese restaurant was still open. The hanok cafe was gorgeous. Rooms were great. Two twins were spacious enough for a small family. Great overall, and we will definitely be back. "
