I’ve been staying at this hotel since 2017 . This place is getting worse every year . This is the 3rd time in past 3 years I am getting a dirty room and bunch of long hair in the towels . Cleaning is 0. The showers are falling apart . Towels are very old ( overused ) . Front desk managers Tigran and Armen and their staff are very nice , plus those guys behind the bar .

We checked in late at night and woke up to a fantastic view of mount Ararat from our room window in the morning. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good and staff were polite and friendly. There was no extra charge for a cup of cappuccino for breakfast as it is in most other hotels. Republic Square which is the centre of Yeravan is within walking distance. There is also a food court nearby called Sas food where we found the food to be of good quality offering a lot of variety and also very reasonably priced.

its an excellent hotel but there was never a person at the entrance door only in the lobby , and as for the price i discovered that there are many hotels closer to downtown and with more high activity areas for better prices

The air conditioner was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only concern was the restroom wasn’t flushing well, but I never brought it to their attention because I was there for a very short time & did not want to change rooms. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel!!
