"I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. There were marks on the walls, the wardrobe was broken, the fridge smelled to name but a few. I was then offered an upgrade to a better room. "The staff are all great though they speak not so much English but understandable and polite. The hotel is further from the city but public transports are available in the bus stop nearby. If you have a car it is very convenient because you have your own parking enclosed beneath your own room."
