"Staff wouldn’t accommodate when i needed to downgrade my room for business expenses purposes. Good location. Lovely view from the breakfast restaurant. Super nice that they lend out umbrellas. Nice redo on an old soviet building, ALL staff need to be more customer oriented. Cleaning staff were great. Surprisingly the Robert Cavalli Shampoo/conditioner/soap was especially top notch."

"Nice location, great view over the city. Misunderstanding regarding airport pickup on arrival so we were swindled by local taxi driver. Our bed was broken when we checked in shortly after midnight but it was promptly fixed by a technician. We used the car service owned by the owner of the hotel for 3 whole days, 2 days with a great new car but the last day to Tibilisi we got an old car which had a flat tire half way through, but our great driver fixed it and we got to Tibilisi safely. "Hotelli on perustasoa. Vastaanottovirkailija joka otti meidät vastaan oli epäystävällinen ja antoi väärää tietoa ja info oli vaillinaista. Koska lähtömme oli aikaisin niin pyysimme aamupalan Take awayna. Hän lupasi että se onnistuu ennenkuin virallinen aamupala alkaa ( klo 9) onneksi kysyimme toiselta työntekijältä illalla. Hän oli ystävällinen ja teki kaikkensa, että saimme eväsleivät aamulla. Kiitos hänelle hyvästä palvelusta. Toivoisin pientä karttaa tai kunnon infoa miten mennä ulkoaltaille....
