Hotels with Swimming Pools in Yerevan

"The location is excellent. The breakfast is good. The rooms were dated. The interior design is tasteless. The bathrooms were small and in need of renovation. The lobby is not cosy. I had to wait 20 minutes to be checked in because in the evenings, one person mans the reception. Overall, I did not like my experience. I do not believe this hotel deserves a four-star rating. In my view, this is a three-star hotel. I stayed in Hilton and Tufenkian hotels and both were superior."

"I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. There were marks on the walls, the wardrobe was broken, the fridge smelled to name but a few. I was then offered an upgrade to a better room.
