I was given a room with a 4 poster bed and requested one without this. The manager showed me 3 different rooms one of which was a family room (even though I only booked a double room) just to cater to my request. Fantastic facilities in the room, difficult to choose between hot tub or spa bath, so alternated between the two. Batj may have edged it due to TV! Comfortable bed and sofa.
