"The building and location are very convenient. But some services related to my room and my stay were very poor. Just give it a few examples: the toilet flushing was very weak and resulted terrible smell all day long . The smart seat water spray for cleaning wasn't able to warm up. Hot tub was very old with few chips. Air conditioner didn’t work properly every where in the building especially in gym rooms, it was so hot there up to 27 C while outside temperature was 31C. Staffs were very friendly and helpful."

"The property was central enough for shopping and tourist activities. Walking distance from the metro station. We were placed in the old side of the hotel so wasn’t pleased about that."

"I booked executive room and my daughter booked regular room. The two rooms are exactly the same. It's dispointing. The food and drink in executive lounge are limited. The staffs in the lounge do not take initiative to serve gusets. There are several time slots everyday, that the lounge has nothing. The breakfast area, there is a wood piece on each table, one side is 'in use' and other sid eis 'free'. The staffs do not pay attention to the gusets sitting on tables. Even guests have left long time ago, the staffs still leave the tables as 'in use'. Each morning, we had trouble to get seated. I noticed many 'in use' table never had anyone sitting there. In the lobby, ther eare only 2 safa chairs and 1 love seat, together only 4 seats. All other seats are for restaurant and bar, had to pay to sit there. We stayed for 10 days, many small things make us feel uncomfortable. Very dispointed stay."

"Beautiful hotel in a central location, just a short distance from the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and the main shopping district. The hotel has its own direct entrance to the shopping mall, making everything incredibly convenient. The pool and amenities are absolutely top-notch and truly next level. The restaurant on the second floor was excellent, offering buffet-style lunches and dinners with an endless variety of delicious food. Beyond the outstanding facilities, the staff made the experience even better — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay."

"I like the location. Plenty to eat around with good shopping options. A little away from sites but there is always didi. Didn’t really see any staff. I would stay again."
