I loved this place, it was immaculate, very peaceful, very convenient with a 7-11 downstairs, free massage chairs, noodles and ice cream daily! It was amazing! I would DEFINITELY RETURN AND RECOMMEND!

The buffet layout could be more spread out. During peak hours, you can see everyone crammed together in one spot- it gets really messy.

The facility is well cleaned and amenities are excellent. I especially liked the large hot spring bath on the 15th floor. I will definitely use this hotel again next time I return to Japan.

Love love the hot springs

Rooms are on the smaller side and definitely needs more hooks to hang stuff. They offer a complimentary drink which I think should be available 24hrs per day. They also offer Raman noodles at night which we really enjoyed. We stayed there for the hot springs and was definitely not disappointed.

About 1/3 of a mile from the Kawasaki JR station and is close to many restaurants and stores. The Onsen was very nice the breakfast superb. We are staying there again the next time we go to Tokyo
