The staff were all friendly and attentive. The area was easy to grab a taxi. There were nearby convenient stores. The breakfast at the all day dining parade was amazing! Everything was delicious and including the room in dining!

お部屋も広く清潔。アミニティも充実。何よりkアリーナへの出入口が別に作られていてライブに行くには最高でした。 バーラウンジのスタッフの方も素晴らしく、お勧めのカクテルもとても美味しかったです。 ホテルのスタッフは皆気遣いがありとても気分が良かったです。

The building is new and constructed with high-end materials, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The view from the hotel is amazing, overlooking Yokohama Bay. I highly recommend this place.
