The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the property is great! Hats off to the Manager, Ms, Amano for her help in finding my brand new cellphone. She went out of her way in searching for it. Luckily, a Japanese guy found it and gave it to the Police. What a great country and very honest people! Mr Yamahuchi is very approachable and friendly. This hotel is highly recommended!!

I love the vibe at this hotel and that all the facial products are organic! The food is really good and the fact that they have a public bath makes it really unique and the perfect way to either start or end a vacation in Japan!

The hotel is right next to the airport which was nice after such a long flight. The hotel staff are very accommodating and nice. And the hotel is modern. I also loved the breakfast served there and thought it was tasty. There isn’t a whole lot around the hotel but the train station is about a 17 minute walk. This was fine for me since I just wanted to rest up for a few days before exploring.
