［良かった点］中華街等の観光地が近い。少し歩けば飲食店があり食事に困らない。スタッフの親切な対応。［残念な点］ホテル専用の駐車場が無い。

ホテル自体はとても良いホテルでした。従業員もとても良い感じで親切でした。価格の割には、備え付けも充実して良かった！朝食が無いのが残念でした。駐車場が無いので、困った。場所的には満足

素晴らしい

快適のひとこと！このお値段であれだけのお部屋を利用できたらそれだけでテンション上がります。お部屋は小さめだけど、ダブルベッドとテーブル、ソファがあり十分です。お部屋と別にトイレとバスルームがあり、自分の家にいるような快適さでした。お風呂も広い洗い場とバスタブがあり、ゆっくりできました。もとラブホだったということですが、窓にぴったりとした扉があり、朝の光に起こされずにゆっくり眠れました。全体的によく手入れと掃除が行き届いており、気持ちいいホテルです。朝食は付きませんが、近くにコンビニがあり便利です。チェックアウトも11時なのでバタバタしなくていいですね。文句なし！

這裡給我的感覺很好，只是離地鐵有點遠，但是離jr比較近，雖然是小hotel,但是很乾淨，很舒適，值得一住

お部屋が広くて、2人で泊まるには十分な広さでした。バストイレ別が決め手です。エアコンが終始ガタガタ言っていたことを除けば、いいとこづくめです。また利用します。

海外ホテルの感じ

　海外にいる感じ、フロントを含めてほとんどのスタッフは、外国人。オーナーは、中国人とのこと。　子供を含む3名で予約したが、布団はダブルベット分だけ。クレームを伝えると、予約は2名と言われ、調べますと回答あり。何とか、用意して貰った。　部屋の中は、ラブホテルを改装してあり、また、新しいが、髪の毛が落ちていたりしていた。最悪なのは、洗面所は排水口が詰まり、勢いよく流すと水が流れない。　早目に到着したが、1440でも部屋の鍵を貰えてラッキーだった。たくさん歩いたので、シャワーしようと思ったが、お湯が出ない。スタッフに連絡すると、業者を呼んで調べますとのこと。一時間以上経過して、ボイラー故障とのこと。宿泊代は、返金してくれた。部品在庫があったので、今から修理に取り掛かり、22時くらいに直る予定とのことであったが、朝、起きてもお湯は出ない。銭湯の場所を案内するとか、もう少し、細やかな対応してほしかった。　　場所は、山下公園まで、10分くらいかな。いい場所だと思います。　車で行きましたが、周辺には、何ヵ所もコインパーキングがあり、不便はなかった。22時間くらい駐車して、2400円でした。

利用しない

予約したシングルのお部屋とは全く違う部屋！ 3人泊まれる部屋でした。想像していた写真とは全く違う部屋でした。ドミトリー？と思わせる部屋で、後から誰か同じ部屋の方でも泊まるのかと不安でフロントに問い合わせました。後から同じ部屋に誰か泊まる事は無いと言われましたが、部屋にはチェーンは無く、鍵で開けられたら入って来られる部屋で、また間違えて案内でもされたら嫌だなとかなり不安がありました。間違えてこの部屋案内したと言われ、今まで他に泊まって間違えて案内なんてされた事は無く、チェックインの時何を確認して案内したのか？外国人の方が対応されたのでかなり不安にさせられた。こちらのサイトではもう二度と利用しない。やっぱりいつも利用している他のサイトからの予約が安心だと感じた。

タオルがふかふかで嬉しかった。ウォシュレット機能が使えなかったような、、、あと、バスローブ使いたかったけど、備品に書いてなかったので、やめときました。

편합니다.

조금만 걸으면 요꼬하마 관광지와 지하철 역에서 접근성이 좋습니다. 14개실의 작은 모텔급 숙소이지만 일본의 일반적인 호텔들 보다는 방이 크고, 화장실과 욕조가 있는 목욕실, 세면실이 구분되어 있습니다.
