"They have the most frequent shuttle bus service, and there’s a convenience store inside the building. They upgraded me to a larger room free of charge, which I really appreciated. However, the room could have been cleaner—I found someone else’s hair in the bathtub. Overall, the location, access, and amenities were excellent for the price I paid. It was much better value than staying in a capsule hotel, which can sometimes be even more expensive."

"We loved the incredible breakfast! Plus the fabulous dinner buffet which they decorate with whatever is in season. In our case, it was strawberry season and the restaurant looked beautiful. Even more special were the many delicious strawberry themed foods. The staff is super helpful and sweet. It's the 2 nd time we chose this hotel when we wanted to be near the airport but still stay in a hotel with a lot of Japanese character."
