during my stay the Royal Orchid hotel is doing minor construction thats why it was noisy, hotel parking is limited

I am a Guam resident who "staycations" for leisure. I have stayed at several hotels on the San Vitores/Tumon strip. Hotel Nikko is the best accomodation for price, cleanliness, convenience and hospitality. Thats why I return.

When I got to my room I was missing amenities and also trash bags I had to call to get them. The staff was polite about it but it did take an hour to get it. When they cleaned the room as I left and returned they still didn’t put new trash bags on the trash bins. The walls were I guess thin because I heard my neighbors talking loudly I had to turn on the television to not be noisy. everything was closed for dining and the only cafe there … it was poor quality food and drinks. redeeming qualities is the view. I didn’t have a horrible experience but I have stayed at better.

Room was clean. Check in & check out went smoothly

設備と清掃状況は概ね問題なく良好。 問題点は次のとおり。 ・デスクライトが点灯しない（交換実施） ・室内金庫の番号が設定し難く、番号忘れによるロック解除不可（すぐ対応実施） ・室内清掃されない日がある、また清掃時間が夕刻（不在時間の日中にすべき） ・室内照明が暗めで本を読めない（明るくできると良い）
