Efficiency, patient front desk service at lobby when check in. Room is big and large. Japanese style room. The hot spring at top floor is good. and enjoyable. The free breakfast is delicious. The staff is patient and happy to serve us. Very good and memory. Hope to stay again in Yonago.

祭りと重なり、チェックインは多くの客で待ち時間が発生し明らかにスタッフ不足だと思いました。大浴場も改修のため利用できずざんねんでした。駐車料金もあまり宿泊者に対して良心的な値段ではないと思いました。

お部屋や設備(シャワー)は築年数が影響しているので仕方がないのかなと。影響しない部分については(お食事など)良かったです。お値段が安いのでどこにホテル選びのポイントをおくかだと思います。
