"Highly Recommend!! The location was perfect - park your car and walk to Colonial Williamsburg or William & Mary. The Inn is on 2nd floor so be prepared to take your luggage us a flight of stairs. "unfortunately, our stay at KingsMill resort was disappointing, especially for the price. The room felt dated, they were dirty sheets left in the closet, a hand towel had red stain, and there was some trash around the entrance of our door. At the clubhouse, we also noticed spiderwebs around the outdoor fans above the table, the food was just OK. The manager and staff were very pleasant and apologetic when I called about my concerns. We did enjoy the gym outdoor pool, especially the lazy river. However, it was concerning to see a lifeguard, focusing on his phone for about 10 minutes while guest were in the water. For a resort at this price point, I expected much better cleanliness and attention to details. Therefore, we only stayed one night. Unfortunately, I will not return."
