Nice mountain resort hotel with a view of the lake. Check in was easy and room was large. We had half board - food was good but probably due to communication problem, we were not served Japanese-style dinner like the local tourists. However breakfast was Japanese. There was a nice onsen too. There was a slight problem in the morning when water was cut off, but it was restored just before check out. The owner was very apologetic and waive the my charges for sake drink which I ordered during...

Being in Higashi-Hiroshima, it's not exactly all that convenient, only the Shinkansen connects you to either Hiroshima and beyond, and only Kodama services stop there, with around 1 to 2 trains an hour. However, aside from that, everything else is great! The staff are friendly, the hotel is quite new, room is big according to Japan's standards and there were space to move around! Breakfast was very good with a wide variety. There's nothing much around the hotel except a 7-11 convenience store,...

I requested for special arrangement as we were travelling with a baby and they accommodated to our request as best as they could.
They had shared space which we could use after check-out which was helpful.
We had lunch at the hotel restaurant and it was not bad :) price was reasonable and quality is OK.
Overall, good alternative (to Hiroshima Airport Hotel) if you need a hotel near airport.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was huge, beds and pillows were very comfy, it had a little kitchenette with all basics available, washing machine in room, the bathroom was very spacious with a huge bath tub. All in all the best hotel of our Japan trip.

We were early for check-in (3:00pm) so we left our bags and explored the area. Checking in was both smooth & pleasant.
Room was clean & comfortable. Housekeeping was very efficient. Room & toilet amenities were more than adequate.
Breakfast starts at 7:00am till 10:00am and the spread is great! If you're up early you can enjoy coffee & smoothies between 6-7 am while watching them get the spread ready.
Conveniently located within walking distance to attractions, eateries, shopping and tram &...

Very convenient hotel for travellers using JR trains and Shinkansen. The hotel is only a short walk from Hiroshima Station, so it was easy to travel to Miyajima, Osaka and other nearby areas without dragging luggage too far.
The room was clean, modern and more spacious than some other Japan business hotels. Convenience stores, restaurants and shopping are nearby, which made late night meals and quick shopping very easy.
