Hotels with Swimming Pools in Youbou

"We booked during a kids sporting tournament, and didn’t know it. The hotel was filled with about 100 kids running and screaming and slamming doors all over the property, our room sounded like it was in the middle of a school gymnasium. This went on till well past 10 and started again at 6:30 in the morning. The hotel staff knew there was a block of rooms for this event however management only left one employee to look after the place on both evening and morning shift. There was absolutely no way for them to keep things under control. I would call ahead to first if I ever stayed there again. "

"Beautiful, rustic and impeccably maintained. Grotto is very relaxing. Hotel accommodation was was relaxing, quiet and comfortable. Meals in the restaurant were very good. Access to beach for a walk was very handy. Overall great service and atmosphere. "

"The person who checked me in was on a phone call, didn’t hang up just put his cell phone down. Rushed me, didn’t give me the correct info. Treated me like an inconvenience to his phone call. As a result I wasn’t made aware of an extra fee. The person I spoke to in the morning was combative and not very accommodating until I explained my experience. The mattress was expired, it was sagging and damaged, so I woke up with a headache and bad back. The breakfast is painfully early. It should be until 10 am at least. "
