"Los cuartos están con moho en los baños necesitan una buena limpieza la regadera está estancada de cabellos , la cafetera ni café tiene par leerse un. Café en las mañanas , pero algo que está mega extraordinario es el buffet y la comida . Aunque para reservar en los restaurantes en imposible los 8 días que pase jamás hubo lugar. Para ninguno, otra cosa que encuentro es por que no tienen una lavandería de esas bellas en los locales que tienen desocupados seri algo increíble y que dejaría más de lo que es el lavado del hotel además de carísimo . En general el hotel es bello , y otra cosa que haría es limpiar más los escrementos en los pisos hacia los cuartos de que es un lugar lleno de animales para hay que ir. Esquivando los escrementos . Por lo demás no dejen de vaistar esta belleza de lugar."

"It was a terrible experience for us.It is our fourth visit in Cancun and we had wonderful times. Listing and rating did not match at all.Our room felt outdated and very uncomfortably maintained. We asked for different room/options and were told"only if we pay for upgrade " Our room was junior suite oceanfront. The glass on balcony was old and scratched, the mirrors were moldy stained, shower and bathroom looked old and not maintained. It was a cold,unpleasant atmosphere everywhere. The staff was not caring and unpleasant overall. We booked a different place and left 2 hours after arrival since hotel or Expedia left us with no other help."

"We stayed with our teenage daughter and we all had a wonderful time. Having the butler service was great for coordinating reservations and rides, everyone was helpful and friendly. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back again! There is nothing I would have wanted different from the stay, everything was great!"

"I wish I could of stayed at resort, and be able to give good review, but flight was cancelled on 2nd leg, and we were left stranded at DFW airport. I informed hotel and Expedia of flight cancelation immediately. Hotel said as trip was booked through Expedia, they said they could not do anything, and I had to contact Expedia. Wife and I contacted Expedia immediately, and originally said we would get refund when we spoke to them while stuck at airport were stuck at airport, but that was a lie. Since then, Expedia has been even worse. They have not refunded me a penny for trip. I paid over $1300 to get to Cancun in airfare, and over $1700 for hotel, and have not received a penny back. On top of this it took me alot of aditional money just to make it back home from DFW. What a joke."

"Our experience at this resort was nothing short of amazing. The entire property was spotless every space felt fresh, well kept, and cared for. The staff was unbelievably friendly, welcoming us with genuine warmth from the moment we arrived. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made the whole stay feel effortless. The service was truly spectacular. Every interaction felt thoughtful, and the team consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. And the food… absolutely delicious. Every meal was full of flavor, beautifully prepared, and a highlight of our trip. We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and already excited to come back."

"Very disappointing experience at Riu Cancun Adults Only. The staff was rude, lazy, and unprofessional throughout our stay. Service was extremely slow everywhere — both in the restaurants and at the bars. It often felt like employees simply didn’t care about guests or providing good service. For an adults-only resort that promises a premium experience, the service quality was far below expectations. Definitely not the level of hospitality we expected"
