"The staff was very courteous and helpful every step of the way. The main dining area and patio is beautiful. The location is not central but still has plenty of shops and restaurants around. 20 minute walk gets you into the centre. The rooms are not soundproof and there is some machine noise that goes on all night, also you can hear noise from corridor and hallways easily. I had trouble sleeping because of that. Also no window in room which made it very dark. "

The rooms were comfortable and we especially loved our patio overlooking the town and endless festivals (do they ever end?!?!). There wasn't hot water, but that is what we expected for this price. "Son una ESTAFA , cuando llegamos al lugar supuestamente ellos ya no eran los dueños y no eran los dueños , pero lo más que hablamos con ellos nos dimos cuenta que si lo eran y que estaban encargados de la propiedad y que solo decidieron darle a nuestra habitación a otras personas . "We loved staying at Casona La Recoleta! We were traveling with 4 children, and this hotel was perfect. There was a loft with beds for the kids and a second bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with food every morning, which was super convenient and good. We would have stayed here the entire week, but they were booked the second half of our stay. "Highly recommend this place. Vilma and her husband Ali really made us feel at home right from the beginning. This is more like a BnB than a hotel. Thanks to that the service provided is very personal. The room itself was very clean and has the basic essentials. But the biggest plus of this place is Vilma and Ali. "It was beautiful, an incredible property. I was lucky enough to stay in the presidential suite which was a dream. I was in the king room which was amazing but slightly louder being on the top floor as the roof acts like now of an echo chamber so you can hear the dogs bark at night. If you are not sensitive to noise then this won’t bother you! For me, it was too much. The food cooked by Carlos was wonderful. Abi, thank you, you have done a great job. "
