"This hotel was so beautiful. The staff is amazing, they are nice and polite. The food is amazing, I don’t think I had one bad experience because everything from buffet to restaurant was beyond amazing. The rooms are clean and cleaning crew does a great job everyday. Little details like leaving chocolate to making the bed at night and morning just elevates the experience. The hotel is a bit more on the calmer/relaxed side so make sure you are looking to relax and have a good time. They do have activities during the day and night but is not a party hotel. The only thing I would suggest to the hotel management is looking to add more servers by the beach. It was only 1-2 max and it took a while to get the drinks from the time you ordered they weren't that great by the time it got to us. Also, adding some umbrellas by the beach would be helpful. A big portion of the beach chairs are directly under the sun and most people leave things on the ones that have some shade so it can be a little difficult to find a good spot later in the day. Overall a greater experience and fun time!"

"My husband and I really enjoy our 4 day stay at the adults only resort there the staff was very friendly, very helpful the swim up we had was gorgeous and the suites are big was beautiful, we appreciate the huge tub for the two of us. The vibe of the resort sexy with the saxophone soloist and the band playing some classics. We arrived on Thursday for Mexican night and the set up was amazing. The mariachi band was setting the mode. However, at the price of the stay is not matching the food, we was slightly disappointed in the food. Considering the resort is rated a diamond resort I would have liked for the food to be at a better quality. The food was subpar dry, microwaveable tasting like, for breakfast it tasted like yesterday food. I almost felt like unless you had club membership you wasn’t getting quality food served. So next time we will go and have that club experience and I’m hoping that the food would be better. That was my only complaint. Everyone there all the staff members gave us a great time and I would recommend, I just want to keep it real and that would be my only gripe the food wasn’t up to the standards of which I assumed this resort would provide."

"This resort is the best!! Everyone is kind and goes out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. The property is beautiful and well planned and maintained. Swim-up pool is amazing! Victor and Julio and Carlos and Mario are incredible and felt like family!"

"Had a great stay at this beautiful family friendly property. Beach is awesome but does have quite a but of seaweed not nearly as bad as other properties. Pools are scattered most of the property but are fun when you get used to it. Kids club and waterpark is great for the kids just no food and beverage allowed. Main pool is kind of disappointing since there is not enough chairs and umbrellas in the area. Service is friendly across the board. Restaurants were a miss for me. Teppanyaki was fun and had decent food. Most other restaurant are definitely not as good as other luxury properties. All in all a solid stay."
