"The hotel is 15 min walk from the "train station" where the train does not run now (there is a bus instead), or 5 min walk on a steep slope or stairs from a bus stop (this is also an only parking lot), which was hard for my old parents. The hotel staff are trained to be very kind for routines, but when we came back to pick up something we forgot, the staff made an obvious frown and even denied at the beginning ... I had to ask again before she finally went to check and brought us what we left behind. Food was OK relative to the similar level of hotels."

"The location is perfect, with a stunning sea view and close to local markets and attractions. The room was impeccably clean and the building is well-maintained. The peaceful atmosphere in the room was a huge plus. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and they spoke excellent English. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I ever return to Simonoseki."
