We love Yuzawa as a get one night get away. We stayed here because someone in our party wanted a private Onsen in the room. The rooms are large and great for families. However, the property is a bit date and the in room tub was small. They have a beautiful waterfall. Too bad it’s not lit at night nor could we go outside to take pictures

スパルタンレースの際に宿泊しました。 温泉がとても気持ち良いし、いろんなお湯があって楽しめました！ 駅から近くて周辺の飲食店も充実していました。 設備は古いですが、趣があって、海外の方にもとてもお勧めできるんじゃないかとおもいました！

チェックインの際に朝食券を渡されたので料金の説明もなかったので朝食が無料でついてると思い食べに行ったが、チェックアウトの際に朝食代1人2,200円を徴収された。チェックインの際に説明があれば近くのカフェに行っていたのでなんとも不満な気分でした。2,200円に見合わない朝食だとも思いました。 ホテルの施設や特に温泉はとっても素敵で満足で冬のスキーシーズンにまた来ようと思っていたが、最後に不満な気持ちになりました。

Fantastic room with private outdoor bath. Public baths are also great. The dinner and buffet breakfast is huge and delicious. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Stayed here multiple times and love it more each time.

Wonderful hotel

Nice place & nice room. Several staffs can speak Chinese and provide good service. There are in good facilities ,eg: 24 hrs hot spring. The best recommendation is japanese style dinner. It is very delicious.
