"Lovely place at Palais Moulay Saïd. We stayed for 9 nights. The room was a little small for three people, but the amenities were nice and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. Some of the staff were very nice and welcoming, while others were not as friendly and rarely smiled or greeted us. The only disappointing part of our stay was that on our last night, we found a cockroach in the bathroom. Unfortunately, this was quite unpleasant, especially after staying for 9 nights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to hospitality and cleanliness."

"This place was as advertised . As an older retired Canadian couple on a budget this was a good find . Safe residential neighborhood with a convenience store just 3 doors over and easy walk to some restaurants , groceries etc. Friendly staff . Rachid , the evening receptionist was extremely helpful booking taxis and tours and just making sure we were comfortable . Cons --- We booked accommodation with a kitchen for quick easy food prep but it is not equipped with a microwave or a small pot or garbage can in kitchen. . Expedia requires that you check in 24 hours before ,directly with the establishment . Both this place and our accommodation in Casablanca were very late in responding which lead to a bit of anxiety ."

Main issue- horrible shower system where the floor gets soaking wet, which is a serious hazard!!(Even in the other apt that I switched to,) Not sure how to call reception- so ask when you check-in. (Pretty good Wi-Fi, other than one night, it wasn't working.) Excellent, convenient & safe location."

The moment you step through the door of this beautifully restored 17th-century Riad, the noise of the city completely fades away into an atmosphere of timeless opulence, history, and style. Our room was luxurious, spotlessly clean, and rich with original architectural details. The staff were exceptional—especially the owner, who personally gave us a private tour of his collection of traditional Moroccan garments and textiles. To top it off, enjoying a delightful breakfast on the terrace with views over the souks and distant mountains was pure bliss."
