The positive is the location is hard to beat and the directions sent were a big help. The negative would be that it would be nice of there was a coffee or bottle of water to help start you off available and the shower spray head bracket was broken on the shower wall. Overall a decent place in a prime location.

Amazing location right in the centre of the city. However, the apartments were not clean (lots of dust and obvious surfaces hadn’t been cleaned properly for some time) and coffee stains all over the wall and carpet which could’ve been treated. Had a hostel feel to it and the apartments were tired and not as fresh as the photos showed it to be. Nice and central but would be more comfortable staying somewhere cleaner.

후기가 괜찮아서 예약했는데 생각보다 별로였습니다. 방은 넓었는데 소파 같은 것들이 담뱃불로 지져있거나 관리가 제대로 안되어 있었습니다. 물론 여러 사람이 사용하는거라 그럴 수 있겠지만 소파에 별로 앉고 싶지 않았습니다. 그리고 식기류도 지저분해서 사용할 수가 없었습니다. 우리가 사용한 방은 돌라치 시장이 안보이는 쪽이어서 뷰는 별로 였습니다. 그래도 접근성은 좋았고, 문을 열고 나가면 바로 시장이 있어서 아침에 장보기가 너무 좋았습니다.

Great place to stay in the old town

I rented a one-bed room apartment, it has a spacious living room, kitchenette and bedroom. The apartment is nice and clean. It is situated in the old town, very convenient location. I have the view of the Cathedral outside the window.

Situation : très près des sites historiques, des restos, des épiceries/boulangeries. Ai moins aimé : absence de cafetière dans l'appart. il fallait aller le chercher près du poste d'accueil. café type Nespresso, capsules n'étaient pas en quantité suffisante, très souvent il n'en restait plus - absence de réponse à plusieurs messages sauf le jour où nous avons quitté la maison, ile réponse est devenue inutile.

Apartment located right on city market square with no access for the vehicle to the entrance. Central location so we was able to walk all the tourist streets. Not much of a service at the hotel no coffee or tea provided. Very basic but met our needs. I’ll recommend this place for short and relatively inexpensive stay.

Live like a local in an amazing apartment

Great apartment - lovely and spacious in a fantastic location. The only downside would be if you came with heavy luggage as taxis won’t drive you to the front door as it’s a pedestrian area but the staff will help if it’s during their reception opening hours

NEVER USE LAUNDRY SERVICE

Location was great. Facility was fine also. The building is very old but has history. You can hear all the noise from other room. NEVER USE LAUNDRY SERVICE. I will not write all the inconvenient process of laundry service here, but the problem was: They did my laundry completely wrong. My all clothes were dyed into blue. I had a big problem with it cause I still had several days of trip left. They apologized and promised to compensate, but after 3 weeks, still nothing compensated. Service so bad although it's not a cheap apartment in Zagreb. 핸국읜들은 역이 오지마뗴여

Going downhill fast!

This apartment is quickly deteriorating. The plumbing is terrible - toilet doesn't flush well, "Rain" shower head is stopped up, kitchen faucet sprays, carpeting is dirty ... Moreover, the manager was nice enough, although she couldn't (or wouldn't) give us restaurant suggestions. The woman sitting at the desk in the mornings was really rude and actually burped in my ear as she walked by!

또 이용하고 싶은 자그레브 숙소!

위치가 정말 좋아요. 크로아티아에서 묵은 방중에 제일 넓고 좋았어요 심지어 제일 비싸지도 않았는데! 가성비 좋아요. 여행하면서 중간에 들리기도 편해요. 돌라츠 시장 근처인데다 주변에 먹을 곳도 다 가깝고 슈퍼마켓도 몇개나 있어요. 직원분들도 친절해요. 다만 수건은 매일 갈아주는건 아닌가봐요 그래도 직원한테 수건 하나 더 달라하니 친절하게 내어주시더라구요~ 욕실도 넓었어요! 엘리베이터가...영화에서 나올법한 엄청 오래된 철창? 스타일이지만 ㅋ 한두번 타면 익숙해져서 무섭지 않앗어요. 다음에 자그레브 가도 이용하고 싶어요. 어매니티는... 그냥 개인적으로 가져가세요 ㅎㅎ 뭐 호텔 아니니 기대하면 안되지만 챙겨가길 잘했네요. 식기류 조리도구도 가위 빼고는 다 있었어요. 과일 깍아서 잘 먹었네요~ 아, 어떤 숙소도 그렇겠지만 빨리 가려면 계단을 거쳐야해요. 택시를 타든 다른 픽업 서비스를 이용하든 돌라츠 시장 안으로는 못들어와서 번화가 입구에서 내려주는데 거기서 숙소 올때 가까운 길에 계단이 있어요. 돌라츠시장 입구라 보시면 되는데 그곳으로 캐리어 끌고 올라올때만 힘들고 그뒤로는 모든게 평탄합니다 ㅎ
