Very nice hotel!

We had a great stay at Residence Hotel! The receptionist Allan was amazing. He was so friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. The hotel is 20 minutes outside of the central square of Zagreb by tram. It leaves right outside the hotel, so that isn't a problem at all. Close by the hotel there is also a Lidl and a good Italian restaurant.

Staff very professional, friendly and courteous. Breakfast options were very good. Property in a great location for easy access to the Old city via the tram system which is cheap and easy to use. If staying in a room at the front of the hotel (which we were) it is noisy on and during the night from all of the traffic on the busy road outside. Our room was clean and spacious. We did not use the spa facility.

Excellent staff, very nice breakfast. Only drawback was our room ac was constantly leaking water on floor making noise all night. It was not fixed even after notifying the front staff. Very tight parking spot if you are driving a SUV, small cars are fine.

Great hotel

Great place, very very very clean, good air-conditioning, good breakfast, good people, the only thing that was a bit of a down site was that it located on the main street and it's a bit noisy,good parking, very close to the train station

Great location, easy in and out with parking close by. Driving in Europe on holiday is always challenging and available parking is a big plus. The place was as advertised and very clean comfortable and safe. Loved every minute of our stay. This was an older hotel. Affordable. We did not travel to the city center. Location is everything. Excursions from here would have been easy as public transportation is close by. AM breakfast was good. Quiet. We at dinner in a place close by served local foods and was very good.

Like that the staff were super friendly. Great but simple breakfast to start the day. Did not like that the rooms were tired, shower leaked and the door opened inwards. This did not leave a great deal of space to get out. Curtains needed to be changed as they were stained. Bathroom ceiling was in need of repair.

Best hotel that we have stayed at, staff were so friendly and helpfull. The room was absolutely perfect and the hot tub was brilliant. Lovely breakfast and plenty to choose from. Cant fault this hotel at all. If we are back in Zagreb again we will definatly be staying at this hotel. 5*
