"This property is a true scam in every sense. This is NOT A RESORT!
These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units.
The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. We slept on a couch because the beds were very dirty and the pillows had puke on them.
The apartment had a gas leak...

"Résidence à fuir car le personnel sur place est très déplorable et pas professionnel
La personne sur place s’est permise de nous décaler la reservation sans nous prévenir sous prétexte qu’il avait un problème dans l’appartement.
L’appart est très salle.
C’est dommage qu’on donne de la responsabilité à des personnes qui ne respectent pas leur travail. On donne une mauvaise image sur le maroc.

"The place over all was magnificent the staff were absolutely amazing. It was clean well maintained had a water park and midway rides but there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that permiated everything. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed with the fan on and all the windows open and bedroom door closed"

Les 2 piscines de la résidence sont dissociés en 2 "zones" (Jawhara smir 1 et 2" mais ne disposent pas du même niveau de service (parasols et transat non disponible à Jawhara 2 où nous étions malheureusement). "We went to celebrate my 50th birthday and the hotel helped decorate the room. My husband ordered flowers and cake. They did a great job and charged a low price. Very happy with our stay. The pool and beach were great. "

"Ants infested the room and in food. Hotel tried to blame us for ants and would not change room. Sprayed poison all around room that made all cloths smell. Very poor service. Could not get water or other items delivered. Dog in next villa barked day and night even though dogs not allowed. Hotel did not stop dog. Ruined my honeymoon. Overpriced for service and amenities. "

"We stayed here out of season, early April
Firstly the staff, as always in Morocco are so friendly and go out of their way to help you with anything. The location of the apartments are idyllic, the scenery of the mountains and neighbouring Chefchaouen is stunning. However we were not entirely happy with our stay as we were given a room with no working air con, when we asked for some heaters we were given 1 broken one. It was extremely cold in the night. We were offered to move to another room the next day but as we were only staying 1 more night it seemed pointless moving all our bags.
The breakfast buffet was ok but not much hot food options and some things were cold. We purchased 2 bottles of chocolate milk for the kids and couldnt believe when they charged us almost £5, when we questioned why so much they said because they have to bring it from far. Its 15 mins to Chefchaouen town.
It seems they are a 3* accommodation trying to charge 5* prices which when out of season and no other facilities available is quite bad. "
