"We stayed here out of season, early April Firstly the staff, as always in Morocco are so friendly and go out of their way to help you with anything. The location of the apartments are idyllic, the scenery of the mountains and neighbouring Chefchaouen is stunning. "Friendly staff and unbeatable location right next to the Médina in a live commercial district, with plenty of food and shopping options. Two minuses. No hot water above the third floor. I was lucky to check before saying OK. And they immediately offered another room. Second - They didn’t realize my booking included a breakfast. To make up for it they really overcharged me on the laundry. So negotiate the rate for miscellaneous services in advance. Otherwise, a nice hotel."

"This is a small Riad in the middle of the Tetouan Medina. It's very nicely decorated and relatively clean. Staff are very nice. It's hard to find at first but once you get to know the area it's not that bad."

"Ants infested the room and in food. Hotel tried to blame us for ants and would not change room. Sprayed poison all around room that made all cloths smell. Very poor service. Could not get water or other items delivered. Dog in next villa barked day and night even though dogs not allowed. Hotel did not stop dog. Ruined my honeymoon. Overpriced for service and amenities. "

However we were not entirely happy with our stay as we were given a room with no working air con, when we asked for some heaters we were given 1 broken one. It was extremely cold in the night. We were offered to move to another room the next day but as we were only staying 1 more night it seemed pointless moving all our bags. The breakfast buffet was ok but not much hot food options and some things were cold. We purchased 2 bottles of chocolate milk for the kids and couldnt believe when they charged us almost £5, when we questioned why so much they said because they have to bring it from far. Its 15 mins to Chefchaouen town. It seems they are a 3* accommodation trying to charge 5* prices which when out of season and no other facilities available is quite bad. "
