"Um das Hotel eine einzige Großbaustelle. Die Rezeption ließ uns eine Viertelstunde warten und plauderte so lange lieber mit Freunden draußen. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Selbst leise Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern sind gut zu verstehen. Dafür laufen slowakische Schlager in mittlerer Erdbebenlautstärke von 8 Uhr bis 22 Uhr im Restaurant. "Fantastic location in the heart of the buzzy shopping area, set against the backdrop of Tatra mountains. Beautiful verandah and orangery to sit in for dinner and breakfast respectively with gorgeous views. Restaurant staff was lovely and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable and firm but the pillows were odd and very thin. Room was comfortably large enough, some little spots weren’t clean (dust on bed headrest, wall on bathroom) but overall good. Will return for the location and the lovely breakfast"
