"Heel mooi hotel met een hele mooie kamer (captains room). Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Je merkt wel dat veel van hen weinig ervaring hebben, maar dat wordt goed gecompenseerd door vriendelijkheid. Helaas wel geluidsoverlast gehad op de kamer van schreeuwende kinderen op de gang en kamer ernaast. En om 23:00 nog harde muziek in de bar recht onder ons. De dreunen kwamen flink door. Na twee keer gevraagd te hebben of dat zachter kon, is dat goed opgepakt. Ook bij het uitchecken is daar...

"This cozy hotel with marvellous staff is a gem in the heart of Ostend. It’s location is very central: 15 minutes walk from the train station, 2 minutes to the beach and 5 mins to the shopping street. Breakfast was also more than ok, with lot of choices. The coffee could however have been better. The deluxe room was very spacious and clean. Fantastic stay!"
