"The hotel is generally a bit "worn around the edges" but many other points more than make up for it. Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food (both at the free breakfast and the on site restaurant), a gorgeous pool, lots of nearby amenities. Spent nearly the full time of our trip (~10 days) just in and around the area of the hotel, with just a few easy car trips down to the heart of the city for the extra culture and experience. "

"Room with very comfortable beds, which is the hotel's strongest point, service by the guys at breakfast very bad, no desire to work, bathroom located on the ground floor with a smell worse than a public bathroom in the city center, where I have already informed the management so that they can take action. "Una propiedad ideal si estás por la zona por trabajo o un evento (una boda, una fiesta). El edificio es amplio y limpio, la cocina cómoda y el baño muy cómodo. Me costó entender el sistema de check in y de cocheras (hay que descargarse una app específica que pide datos personales y tiene mucha publicidad) pero una vez que entendí que la propuesta era no interactuar con humanos sino con bots, lo disfruté"

" hoteles.com o el hotel Horizonte, no hacen bien las cosas, si es sin hidromasaje la habitación, entonces en Hoteles.com no deberían ofrecerlo. O, el hotel debería dar la habitación con hidro, como debe ser, sin recargo. Tuve que poner 20 lucas mas, pero no corresponde. Alguien está a favor del robo."
