We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment at The House for a recent ski trip with the family. The apartment was clean & spacious and rooms were large enough. All the facilities were there to make breakfasts & dinner. Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the City Express Gondola, where you can leave your rental skis in the depot and your ski boots in a 3 Euro/day boot locker. The only real down side was the cost of breakfast at 22 Euros per person per day, a bit steep so we bought food in from the local Spa shop and cooked in the kitchen. This would have added 550 Euros onto our bill! Definitely stay here again though.

Enjoyable stay!
Hotel is conveniently located. Just a few mins walk from the Zell am See town. Room is spotless. Breakfast is included with excellent quality and choices. Kitchen facilities are adequate for making a simple meal. Staff are friendly too. Overall, it’s hard to fault.

Good location, only few mins walk to ski bus station to Kaprun or Schmittenstraße. The apartment is clean, big and have free washing machine and dryer to use. Breakfast is nice too. Underground car park is another plus point!

ممتاز للعطله ولكن لا يوجد تكييف فقط مراوح ويوجد غساله ونشافه لاستخدام الكل مجانا ولكن التنظيف وخدمته كانت سيئة لانه كل موظف معلوماته غير عن الثاني

My only issue with the property was that there was no air conditioning. The rooms were very hot. Much hotter than outside. It was 85F outside and cooled down later but not in the rooms. The only way possible to sleep was by opening the balcony door and putting the mattress next to it. That being said, this seems to be the norm in the other hotels in Zell am see as well so if the airconditioning issue is not there I would rate it 5 out of 5

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the circumstances that have arisen. It is not standard in Austria that hotels/apartments have air conditioning. This is also nowhere stated that we had one. Despite everything, we would be very happy to welcome you another time with us.

Bra boende för familjer
Stor rymlig trivsam tvårumslägenhet med bra kök, badrum och balkong. Bra läge nära lift, city, bad och busstorg. Parkering finns för de med bil. Men i Zell am See och runt omkring behövs inte bil. Man kan gå eller åka lokalbuss som går ofta. Regionens sommarkort ingick i boendet vilket ger gratis resor på kabinbanor (annars dyrt!) bussar och badplatsen. Bra frukost med det man behöver. Negativt är att lägenheten blir varm varma sommardagar, låg precis ovanför entrén vilket gjorde att man hörde folk prata när de kom nattetid samt att sopbilen väckte oss två morgonar. Städningen var lite väl enkel samt att servicen var lite ojämn beroende på personal.

Hyvä siisti hotelli. Hintatasoon nähden ilmastointi tulisi huoneissa. Heinäkuussa pirun lämpimät huoneet.

Super beliggenhed. Bekvem garage. Moderne og stilet indretning. Der er tænkt på de små detaljer som Rituals sæbe og bodyshampoo. Køkken grej til alt det nødvendige. Vi havde en 2 værelses lejlighed som var rummelig og dejlig lys. 2 store Badeværeler hvor den ene er med kar, som børnene elskede. Service var top professionel. Morgenmads buffet havde et rimeligt udvalg til en perfekt start på dagen. Kan varmt anbefales.

Derfor hedder det The Hause, for det er “huseT”
Virkelig lækket lejlighedshotel, super god morgenmad og meget flotte og moderne lejligheder med alt hvad man har behov for. Ligger desuden super centralt.
