"Great hotel"

"I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Anna checked us in and was so sweet and helpful. The room was much bigger than expected. The whole hotel was clean and smelled clean. Allison at the desk was very helpful with a small issue we had with our reservation. She also contacted me when they found a stuffy my grandson had left behind when we checked out. We will stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling to the area. "

"Unfortunately the rooms didn't meet expectations, but your staff more than made up for it! Especially, Archie! He was my first experience of what snowballed into excellent customer service by the entire staff! Judy was front desk was so amazing! Yetsi provided me with great housekeeping services! I loved the staff so much that I came back for a three day stay! I meet Jei and she was a fabulous person! Please continue to hire these type of people! Thank you guys for Excellent customer service!"
