Five star service. Our flight delayed by 2 hours because of bad weather. It was 3.40am after we claimed luggage at Xinzheng Airport. Even though, hotel still arranged pickup. Thank you so much, Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport.

Hotel do not use air conditioning during 90 degree tem, hot room, breakfast is not useable for USA customer, they refused to activate AC, Expedia should take this hotel of the list, we book this hotel because is American company but it runs very poorly, never will book this hotel again

Convenient to the airport
The room was clean and big enough but the TV was tiny. Breakfast was pretty good. The hotel is close to the airport and provides free shuttles during business hours. I had to leave for the airport before 7:00AM. Ordered paid transportation from the hotel to the airport for 30RMB but I think it was worth the peace of mind. Taxi could be cheaper. The hotel did have a gym but equipped with cheap equipments and most weight lifting equipment were broken :-(

Good Stay
Overall, it was a nice hotel. The plumbing for shower needs to be taken care of ASAP. Water would not drain at all. I felt like I was swimming in a dirty pool. There's nothing to do around the hotel.

Reasonable pricing and nice, clean & spacious room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is nearby airport, however it is located far from city area (around 2hr plus journey by bus transport). Surrounding area is nice and peaceful. There is complimentary breakfast at level 3 everyday.

Up to the standard of Holiday Inn Express
In this hotel you get the Standard of Holiday Inn Express. The Bed was comfortable, shower hot, breakfast good and the staff overall very nice. There is only one small thing, when I was booking, the address did not match where it is displayed on the map. It is obvious that this is a mistake, since you are booking a hotel near to the airport and not the city center but nevertheless you should consider this when booking this hotel. If you want a hotel close to the city core then this one would not be very good for you.

市街地のホテルよりは近いが、それでも空港からタクシーで１０分はかかる　空港送迎があると言うのでこのホテルにしたが、時間指定で最初ののシャトルは７時半　早朝便の場合はタクシーを呼ばなければならない　タクシーの運転手に英語でホリデイインと言っても通じないので、ホテル名と場所を中国語で伝えなければならない

チェックイン時にフロントで「この２日間、ネット環境の問題で予約が受け付けられていない」と言われ、別のホテルへ振り替えられました。 当方の知人が３日前に同ホテルへチェックインした時も同じことを言われ、別のホテルに振り替えられました。 振り替えられたホテルは新しく対応もよくて満足できるものでしたが、EXPEDIAのシステムに対し少々疑問が残るのは否めません。 振り替えられたホテルに不満はないのでそのまま何も言わずにおこうと思いましたが、事後評価のメールを受信しましたのであえて申し上げておきます。

コストパフォーマンスの良いホテルです。
空港からタクシーで20元〜30元程の距離にあるホテルです。 空港への無料バスもあり、部屋も快適で値段の割に満足度の高いホテルでした。朝食はいまいちでしたが、値段を考えれば十分なレベルの食事です。 ただホテルは全く関係ありませんが、空港のタクシー乗り場に待機しているタクシー運転手は最悪でした。深夜に空港到着で他に移動手段がないとはいえ、正規の乗り場にいる運転手が、100元と相場の3倍以上の値段をふっかけてきました。

A good stopover before the overseas trip
I booked the hotel for my uncle who lived in a small county. The front desk is very friendly to answer my questions in advance so as to provide the service in a very nice way. It is a good choice if you have a trip overseas and need a place to stay.

離譜的訂房經驗
基本上，前台服務員與飯店服務品質是相當不錯的！就是一家機場的過境飯店。具備Holiday Inn 一貫的品質，性價比是非常好的！ 但是Hotels.COM地圖資料錯的離譜！明明是港區飯店，地圖位置怎會顯示在金水路,紫金山廣場附近，對於外地旅客，徹底誤導！ 另外有Hotels.COM 的電話服務專員，居然還回報錯誤的電話！真是一次離譜的訂房經驗。

予約時は注意が必要です 私はホテルの予約時に鄭州市内のホテルを予約したはずが記載されていたホテルの地図にミスがあり市内から空港付近のこのホテル戻り宿泊する事になりました。 ホテルから市内まで毎日一時間の時間制約が出来、予定していた観光が出来ませんでした。 予約時は注意してください ホテルは空港から車で１０分ほどの立地でホテルの周りには何もありません 活動の基点は空港からの市内行きのバスに乗るかタクシーになりますが９時ー１６時はホテルの無料送迎があります。それ以外の時間は片道２０元で送迎可能 ホテルの内容は普通のビジネスホテルと言った所でしょうか、スタッフの対応も良かったです 通信環境は２４Ｈ問題なく使えましたがバスローブが無いのとエアコンの温調が出来なくて困りました 朝食はほとんど同じメニューですが数種類あるので問題はなかったです ビジネスで利用すのであれば問題はないホテルと思います。 評価ももっといい評価になったでしょう
