"Did not bother to inform me in advance about advance payment, nor bothered to inform me in advance about cash payment.
I've already mentioned that I can't access their line contact for some reason, that was told 3 times to communicate via line. Obviously failed to listen
When I'm stuck outside, she even insist that I'll need to make payment before can enter... till I said I'll make the payment after putting my luggage. Totally a failed in handling simple operations and basic...

"I loved the convenience of getting to other places from the property. The owner of the place designed the place really well too and provided sufficient amenities such as home-made pastries/bread and cup noodles, which made our stay a really enjoyable one. Thank you!"

"Our stay at Lifu Garden Inn was fantastic. The host is so kind and helpful. We arrived low on gas and they helped us fill up from a local nearby since the gas station there is not yet completed. The drive up to Lifu is incredible. What an amazing place to live. The restaurants are about 3 min up the road and are all delicious and the views are unbelievable with the fog rolling around on the mountains. Breakfast was great and the resident kitty, "mouse" was a sweetheart. We would absolutely stay...

"Lovely hotel with excellent service. The hotel was empty when we stayed on a Monday and Tuesday nights. I imagine they have tour buses on the weekend."

"The theme of the room was very beautiful. Even though there were other people there, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful."

"It has been the best accomodation environment during my trip to Taiwan. The forest and streams of valleys around hotel and hotel design were all beautiful. In particular, the kindness of young owner and his parents were so kind with warm heart. Young owner's english was so fluent that I had no problem comunicating with him. His explanation where to visit was very helpful. If I go Lala mountain, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Both breakfast and dinner are delicious. I was even more...

"The dining room and laundry machines are at basement level without elevators and unsafe for senior citizens. During my staying week the laundry machines were broken and unable to use them."
"The first leg of our 4 cities tour, this hotel provides the best mattress we sleep on and we are very happy with it. Spacious room and the front desk was courteous and helpful. It's location is perfect, near the Main Station where bus/subway/train can be found. The room is vacuum but not mopping during our 5 days stay. We are happy and should give it a higher rating. However, a small incident really annoy us. We left our travel amenities bag on the table and we came back and found missing items: 1 nail clipping + 2 twitters (store in a small plastic bag); 4 paper clip clamping 1.25"x.75" size. These items do not cost much but it caused inconvenience for us during our 20-day trip. It never happens on our previous 5 Japan trips. So for future visitors, please be careful with your little stuffs when you are out during the day.
We do recommend this hotel due to its location and friendly staffs."
"The hotel is newer building, but compared to others nearby, this hotel is pretty expensive, but it's convenient to the subway. Since I booked mine through Expedia (third party), they gave me a room pretty closed to the laundry room and the view of a construction site (we can't see city view). I heard the receptist commented on that we booked ours through Expedia. I think that was why they gave us such room. The hotel is not bad, but I would book thru them directly, instead of going through Expedia. And most guests included breakfast. We paid quite a bit for our room but no breakfast included."
"The shuttle to the airport left at regular intervals. Since we waited to leave at an odd time, the staff arranged a taxi for us. The room was very clean. It was a good stay."
