"Everything is fine , except daily breakfast is more towards vegetarian meal. Supposed to be eating in healthy life style . But I am a meat eater , so a little uncomfortable . 1-2 days of stay is good enough , nothing much to do after that .
Becos if is in the forest or green environment, there are many insects ,especially mosquitoes.. "
"
the only complaint I have is that the shower arrangement is awkward and that the controls for the shower/tub are placed so that water can and will get onto the floor. Also the tub/shower is too high and this could be difficult for oflder folks. The coffee at breakfast is great."
"What a nightmare. First the address on Expedia was wrong. Spent 30mins looking for the place. Call the property, the person didn’t speak any English and I did my best with my limited Chinese. A security guard saw we wondering around and helped me talk to the property owner. Finally checked in, had to walk around the building to get to the room. The room as like my grandma’s spare room, clean but not a hotel room. I would not recommend this place especially for foreigners."
"Clean spacious and comfy room. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Was a great plus with the free 2 day Leofoo Theme Park passes. Free shuttle to and from the resort to the theme park at the hours as set. Both kids got free gifts and activities at the resort. Loved that we got to sleep next to the Alpaca’s, capybaras and ducks. Theme park was great bonus and didn’t have to purchase separate tickets for. Lots of fun rides but not all were running when we went. Saw a lot of animals up close. Great free buffet breakfast! Ate at their restaurant and got a wonderful performance while we ate. Downside is I wished they had more food options. Only one restaurant to order from and all are set meals. The other option was the buffet restaurant but it was $1850 per adult and I wasn’t very hungry. Lastly, it is a bit of a remote area and took a while to get an uber/taxi from the resort to the airport. So make sure to give yourself extra time because it took me 4-5 tries to get an Uber to take our trip order. Overall kids had lots of fun and we got to see animals up close. "
