"Food and drinks were over priced. The quality of the food did not support the high cost. No music or entertainment to bring people to the pool area. It’s not as much a resort but a glorified hotel room. Ver low key and boring. Won’t be back. "

"Everything was great. Hotel staff, cleanliness of the property, view etc were all great. I would consider staying here again IF there was a mini fridge within the room. I like to keep a few things in the room but without the fridge, I think we would most likely book somewhere else. I heard this from others as well. Just thought I would share that. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay."

"Pros: Nice pool open until 9pm. Rooftop terrace. Clean room, a/c works well. Friendly helpful staff. Great location for restaurants, markets, transit. Complimentary water dispensers. Really good complimentary continental breakfast: fruit, cereal, toast, coffee. Cons: Doors of adjacent rooms can be loud/jarring."

"This villa is probably in the top three of my favorite places to stay ever! The staff was incredible - catering to our every need. The villa was gorgeous and had all the amenities of home. The balcony was absolutely amazing with the private mini pool, the large lounger and the spectacular view - especially at sunset! They even had a special surprise for a life event that we were celebrating! We will absolutely go back and recommend this place 100%! And it was very close to the airport!"

"Our overall experience was not great. Our first room was dirty , safe didn’t work no windows or AC. We upgraded at a cost to a better room which worked out much better. Check in was poor , no information was given to us by front end staff regarding special events, no map of the resort. Most of the staff seemed to be indifferent to requests from guests. The few bright spots was Alberto in the breakfast area without him we wouldn’t have known about special dinners or events or what the breakfast plan included. We kind of got the feeling that resort did the bare minimum just to keep the resort open. Checkout was a little bit of a challenge do to extra costs which most we’re prepaid but some were not. "

"The AC worked very well, and my room was sufficiently comfortable. The staff/owner was very accommodating and attentive. I'd easily come back. The area felt safe and there was always a presence at the front counter."
