"Room so clean, and service is excellent. The owner so nice and very helpful."

"The location is excellent for its position next to the Porta Nuova, though it is on the scrappy side rather than the nice side. The rooms are simple but some have balconies. The staff is incredibly helpful and sympathetic."

"Staff were very helpful. Was in a very central location to shopping and restaurants"

"Perfect for a short break and perhaps longer stay in Palermo city center!!! Near by Museo Nazionale and Teatro Massimo… Very busy and great location!!! The host did absolutely all she could to accommodate my reservation requests! Room was great and clean for a couple and a solo traveller…. I do recommend and I would like to thank Antonella for her great hospitality."

"Lovely hotel, gorgeous decor ,great location"

"The staff was very helpful and the hotel is in a fantastic location. Hotel is beautiful decorated and staff responded quickly. Key feedback is that the towels need to be replaced, some of the glassware was dirty, and the curtains on the bed frame are worn and appear that if you touch them they will fall off. Overall excellent communication, beautifully decorated, helpful staff, and great location. However a few tweaks needed to elevate the stay."

"Great location, nice breakfast. Easy to get around from the hotel."
