"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Keine Umluft im Zimmer oder Bad, aber die Fenster könnte man weit aufmachen, dann ging einigermaßen.Ist hübsch eingerichtetes Hotel, sehr nettes und flinkes Service.
