"Los Faroles Hotel y Spa was AMAZING! If I could rate 6 stars out of 5, I totally would. Luisa met us during check in, and she made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was included and delicious. One day during our stay we left early to go to Acatenango, and the staff made sure we had break packed and ready to go. When I needed help with my car reservation to get back to the airport, the staff helped me talk to the car company and driver.
