I guess it's from the roof top bars as our room was on floor 9. Spacious room, shower was lovely and hot. Only met 1 receptionist on check in. No real introduction on the area and everything was pretty much self service. Getting to the gym you have to go to the roof top bar then across to a nearby lift around the corner to take a second lift...

"Lovely hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful . The room was a bit dated but very nice . The bed was very comfortable. The room was peaceful and even though facing a busy street, was not noisy at all. The breakfast was great. The room was great value for the quality. My only complaint was that the toilet in my room (606) was not flushing optimally. "
