"Breakfast was worse, specially the hot options, my vegetarian wife and kids barely ate anything. Even eggs, baked or sausage were not good. Can be improved. Amenities were of a 2 star hotel as well."

"Our room had a kitchenette. It was supplied with matching dishes & silverware. It was excellent. The breakfast options were fantastic. One thing to keep in mind...the underground parking is an extra $20 per night. "

I particularly appreciated them after a bad experience at another hotel which I can easily qualify as the worst of my life, with shady characters roaming around all night long. "Great place. Spacious rooms, lovely clean gym, good breakfast. My only issue was the pool: water is quite chilly, and the shower did not work at all (how are you supposed to take shower before entering the pool if the shower is not operational?)"

"Upon entrance to the hotel we immediately noticed how beautiful it was. Very clean, nicely decorated. Staff was lovely to deal with. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is easy to get to from the highway and it’s near the downtown core but overlooking the lake. We were able to take a walk along the waterside just beside the hotel where there is also a beautiful park. In addition, the restaurant located in the hotel was superb! Good food and great prices! We will definitely be back! "
