"Property manager and staff were friendly and responsive when we check-in. They allowed us early check-in when room is ready and available. They showed us how to use the free laundry facilities and provided us with the detergent. Very helpful and attentive property manager who even asked whether we need a portable fan when we came back from a warm day. Good location. About 15 mins tram ride from Lucerne Central Station. Coop supermarket opposite the apartment and a number of eateries within...
