The location was within walking distance of most of the things we wanted to do in central Zurich, and was a 5-minute walk from the tram. Check in was easy, and our interactions with the staff were friendly and helpful."

"Spatious 2 bedroom apartment with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen & living room. Clean and convenient to transport and grocery shopping. Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. Several days of back and forth messaging were needed leading up to the stay. Wouldn't be possible if you weren't constantly connected before arriving. "
