There was a problem with the toilet, where water was leaking from the button for flushing the toilet. Transportation to the hotel from the airport was free, however, transportation back to the airport was not free. That was not communicated during the reservation process.

Poor quality with super friendly staff
- Very friendly staff - shuttle bus to the airport (paid 7chf, goes every 30 mins) - all extras paid and expensive - bottled water, tea, coffee - broken door and flush in the bathroom - I'd probably stay again if it was the cheapest option for an overnight at the airport

We were there only for one night, the hotel was only 10 minutes drive from the airport and only 3 minutes walk from the train station that can give you full access to Zurich city. The front desk had one of the most amazing receptionist named TARIQ he exceeded our expectations with his outstanding service.

Near mcdonalds, a supermarket and subway. Economy hotel, they need to take care of the synthethic matting flooring, it smells like a burnt plastic.

Staff was amazing. Area was nice and modern looking but the corridors were very smelly (chemical smell). The hotel is clearly new but rooms feel very basic and extremely expensive for the price we paid. Breakfast was not worth the money. Limited choice for the price.

The air conditioning didn’t work the whole time we were there after asking staff for help. The breakfast buffet is a little overpriced. There are nice restaurants and grocery stores nearby which is nice.

Ok, convenient to airport
The family room I had booked 1-2 months earlier was not available when we arrived and we were put into two rooms instead, which was very inconvenient as we were traveling with children. And when we got into the rooms one of the towels was dirty. To the hotel's credit, the manager made things right the next day. The family room was very spacious, and the location almost bext to the bus stop for the airport was convenient. The train station was a fairly short walk from the hotel. The price of the rooms is far too expensive, even by Swiss standards. We stayed at a comparably priced hotel in Zurich that was much nicer.

Do not choose this hotel unless you need to. We chose it as it is right next to the airport and we were flying out the next day. The AC did not work. We ask the front desk three times for help and all they did was give us a window crank to open the window. That did not work either. You get two small towels for drying your hands washing your face and showering, Totally unacceptable. Everything was an add-on charge. Park your car? Add-on charge? Breakfast? Add-on charge. Cup of coffee in the lobby? Add-on charge

The wonderful always smiling staff goes out of their way to accommodate all my requests.Every time I come to Zurich I stay here right across the street from the air-port.
