Lighting and small items are at bad condition. The apartment itself and furniture is very good. Bad: the light in the kitchen was flickering, it was very disappointing. The light in the living room was very dark. The light in the bedrooms was not working. We had to bring 4 additional lamps to make the stay comfortable. Also the iron was with a broken cord. The frying pan was at a bad condition. There was no kettle in the apartment. Good: furniture, bathroom, bedroom, living room. I contracted the service about the light, but nothing has been done. We staying in the apartment 2002. Maybe other apartments are of a better quality.

We are not happy with this hotel no service, no counter to check in and we need to check in a machine somewhere off the street . We waited about 40 min before we could get in the room on the street. Very very ........ Disappointed

We were happy with the hotel but were very unhappy with our flooding shower. Unhappy with the poor signal for WiFi.

schöne Zimmer ,In ruhiger Lage . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke . Bahnhof 2 min zu Fuß , bis Zürich HB 2 min fahrt .

체크인하는데 하루
처음 호텔을 찾아갔을 때 건물에 리셉션도 없고 문도 굳게 닫혀 있어 매우 당황했습니다. 주변에 문의할 사람도 없었고 결국 주변을 계속 방황할 수 밖에 없었습니다. 호텔스 닷컴에 해외전화 발신료를 감수하면서 까지 전화하여 예약 취소를 요구했으나 길어지는 통화에도 별다른 소득은 없었고, 5-6번 전화를 한 끝에야 다른 건물에 셀프 체크인 기계가 놓여져 있다는 사실을 알게 되었습니다. 체크인을 셀프로 해야하고 또 그 기계가 다른 건물에 있다면 사전에 고객에게 공지가 되어야한다고 생각하는데 이 것이 제대로 이루어 지지 않아서 그 날 하루를 체크인하기 위해 날려야만 했습니다. 취리히까지 가서 하루를 체크인에 날리다니요. 객실의 상태는 매우 청결하고 넓지만 호텔에 들어가기 위해 날린 시간과 해외전화 발신료를 생각하면 아직도 화가 납니다.
