The room was spotless and had superior fittings in the bathrooms. Loved our room so much and the interior of the hotel. Overall it was faultless. "We stayed just the 1-night and for that this hotel was perfect! The way to the room was janky and the walking path to our room felt weird. It felt as if the hotel bought the next door building and tried to merge both the architecture together but didn't work out. The included breakfast spread was great with various many options and a first time I have seen champagne / sparkling wine available :)"

"I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel with double room since its falsely marketed for 3 people even though it doesnt accommodate it. They are trying to sell all the rooms as for 3 people. The rooms can only accommodate 2 people maximum. When I placed my booking, I booked it because I was under the impression that the room can sleep 3 people. That's how the room was being sold via Expedia. I brought this issue up to the front desk in the morning the next day since I was out and about celebrating for NYE. When I got back to the room for the 1st time, it was a 2 twin beds. I was a bit disappointed about not being able to accommodate for 3 people. Apparently all rooms were booked even though it was quiet at the hotel. I told them that the room should accommodate 3 people but it wasn't to my expectation during the time of booking. They said they will have someone check out on Friday and they would reserve that room for me. I followed up with them that same evening, the next morning, and the afternoon. When I got back to the hotel after my day out, they said the room was booked and it was full again. Every time I spoke to them about the room being available for me, it felt like it was the first time they heard about it and they never acknowledged it. I felt that they kept on leading me on. I won't recommend anyone. I asked expedia to step in to resolve this matter but due to multiple failed attempts to reach the hotel, it defaulted to their cancellation policy which was no help."

"Large, comfortable room. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Public transportation was readily available, capable of connecting you to downtown quickly. Fantastic, extensive fitness facility on site. Plenty of grassy areas outside to walk your dog."
