Beach Resorts in Sal

"It’s a great hotel, excellent value for the money. Hotel is located very central and doesn’t have a private beach, what means that at the beach club anyone can come and take sun loungers as long as they pay, which is fine just something to be aware of if you are looking for a private beach. Hotel is really clean everywhere and there is staff making sure it’s staying that way. Massage at the hotel is very good too. Buffer breakfast is average which is expected. Overall it’s a great hotel. It also have a guest pick up option from the airport which is great priced. "

"We did a 4 night stay on Sal Island and decided to splurge on a hotel. Yes, it was expensive but it really was fantastic. The on property pool is beautiful and has a restaurant right there serving good pizza and other food. There is also another restaurant a short walk away on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast was fantastic and the room was big enough for a family of 3. We had a great time here. It is always at a quiet end of the beach so you are away from all of the sellers but only a short 5-10 minute walk from the busy part of town. There is also a medical facility across the street with English speakers which was great since our daughter got sick while staying there. Great hotel!"

"We were sad that La Cabana didn't have Calamari and Spinach Crockettes. Also some of the food like pasta was cold that should have been hot at the Spices. We would have liked to have seen some pizza at the buffet. "

"Hotel idéal pour un séjour en famille. Très propre, nourriture délicieuse, kids club, animations, personnel souriant et aux petits soins. Plage juste à côté. Pas de transfert mais taxis à disposition (20€ de/pour l'aéroport et 5€ jusqu'à Santa Maria). On reviendra sans hésitation !"

"Me and my family stayed at this resort for three days and the overall experiencing was good. Staff is very friendly every-time you ask any questions they are more than happy to answer. If you have kids this resort is for you, they have a children’s pool, children’s club and activities throughout the week. The food in general if your not a picky eater it’s good, they have the main buffet and three other restaurantes you can reserve for lunch/dinner. "

"Loved the location and closeness to the beach and shopping. Lots of restaurants to choose from but most of the time defaulted to the Oceans Cafe for the service, the entertainment, the food and the awesome staff"

"Hard to review stay as I was suffering from after effects (but clear) of recent Novo contracted in UK as lost 8-9 lbs. So did not due what I expected to do & 1/2 way thru stay started to pick up. Room, staff breakfast very good. Had nice trip to Santa Maria they provide for free. Pool fine but used less than expected as not up to it. Snorkelled in small bay up from reception. Good first 2 days last day churned up so visibility issues. Very nice walks N & S of resort on or near beach which I could not exploit as much as wished. Nice meals in afternoon N of reception. Good Super Mercardo on site S of reception"
